Postal Charges
UK Mainland:
Smaller items (up to 1.25KG) are sent by Royal mail 1st or second class depending on the weight. This is still the cheapest way to send small items. If you wish for a signed for delivery please contact us and expect to pay an additional £0.80p. For normal service, proof of postage is obtained, no signature is required. Delivery is usually within 2 working days. Products that are ordered by 1.00pm are posted same day. Any orders processed after 1.00pm are sent the following day. All larger items from 1.5KG up to 20kg items are sent by courier at a price of £6.99. Please note volumetric charges may apply. This is a standard 3-5 day service from the day after your order is placed. Couriers do not collect at weekends, so if an order is placed on Friday it will not be collected untill Monday.

Republic of Ireland :
Smaller items are sent by royal mail 1st or second class. Standard cost £3.95 for items between 1.25KG and up to 20KG items are sent by courier at a cost of £12.00. Please note volumetric charges may apply.
Overseas:
Eurobags £9.95: This is a special rate for items up to 5kg, the items have to be able to fit in a Eurobag. For items exceeding this weight please contact us for a specific quote.
Non EU countries:

Product Dimensions and Weights
Volumetric charges will apply where the consignment averages more than 6000 cubic centimetres per kilogram. For example usually up to 3 HW rugs with no neck covers can be packed without volumetric charges applying. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If the product dimensions cube out more in weight than the actual weight of the product the cube weight will be charged for shipping instead.

Returns, Exchanges and Complaints
Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense, we recommend you get proof of posting) which are not damaged, and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. .

Goods that are damaged or contain a manufacturing fault must be returned unused immediately for inspection. If it is agreed that the item is faulty then a full refund or replacement will be made including all postage and packing charges.
We reserve the right to discontinue any item from this website and change prices as and when necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order, all orders are subject to available stock which is changing all the time. It is not guaranteed that an item you order is in stock. We will notify you as soon as this becomes apparent and refund any payment made on out of stock items or offer a replacement item.
