Returns, Exchanges and Complaints
Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense, we recommend you get proof of posting) which are not damaged, and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. .

Goods that are damaged or contain a manufacturing fault must be returned unused immediately for inspection. If it is agreed that the item is faulty then a full refund or replacement will be made including all postage and packing charges.



We reserve the right to discontinue any item from this website and change prices as and when necessary.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order, all orders are subject to available stock which is changing all the time. It is not guaranteed that an item you order is in stock. We will notify you as soon as this becomes apparent and refund any payment made on out of stock items or offer a replacement item.
